Many of you have provided email addresses either via our surveys or at open meetings
or through other communications. We use email to keep residents informed of progress,
In returning the survey forms some of you also provided address details and an indication of how you would be prepared to help us. This information is being treated as confidential and is held securely in computer files in accordance with the Data Protection Act and is accessible only to a few members of the Management Team and then only on a ‘need to know’ basis when executing their duties. If you wish your information to be removed from our records please notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by contacting one of the team members.
